JB Planning Associates has successfully secured planning permission for the change of use of an existing Builders Merchants to a mixed employment site on land off Coxtie Green Road in South Weald, Essex, located within the Green Belt and constrained by other environmental designates. JB Planning Associates was able to successfully demonstrate the acceptability of the proposals.
The site is currently let to Travis Perkins Plc and includes a large warehouse building with trade counter with offices above and a significant level of hardstanding including the external storage of building materials. The change of use approval increases the desirability of the site for future employment use which could generate a significant number of new jobs in the area.
The site was subject to a previous change of use application which was never implemented. JB Planning Associates provided full planning and development advice on the project and prepared and submitted the change of use application.
