JB Planning Associates have secured full planning permission for the re-development of a small brownfield site in the Green Belt south of Radlett in Hertfordshire.
The property, known as “The Old Engine Shed” had an existing permission to convert to a single storey one bed dwelling. Following a site appraisal and planning policy advice from JB Planning Associates, the existing building can now be replaced with a new, three bed chalet style house. This will be of superior design to the conversion scheme resulting in visual benefits to the appearance of the site and adding value.
