Potters Green, West Stevenage, is the largest strategic allocation within the adopted Local Plan (2019), to provide a new neighbourhood to the west of the town.

Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes, who control the site, are proposing to make a planning application in December this year to deliver an urban extension in accordance with the planning policy requirements for the site. It is a fantastic opportunity to create a vibrant, sustainable new neighbourhood, meeting the housing needs for the Town and the supportive infrastructure this requires.

The above tabs can be used to navigate through information on the:

The requirement for social distancing means that we are unable to present our ideas at a local venue in person. We would, however, be pleased to address any questions and details on how to submit these can be found on the ‘Have Your Say’ tab.
