Strategic site promotion through emerging local plan.
Land at Chiswell Green has been identified by an independent Green Belt Review as having the least impact on the Green Belt purposes and JB Planning Associates have been involved in the promotion of the land as a strategic allocation bringing together appropriate evidence and representations including presentations to the Planning Policy Committee.
The site has been allocated in the Regulation 19 version of the Local Plan with a capacity for around 170 dwellings. Engagement with the District Council is continuing with the preparation of a comprehensive masterplan to guide future planning applications.
