Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two, five bedroom detached dwellings with integral garages, associated parking, landscaping and new vehicle crossovers.
JB Planning Associates was successful in obtaining planning permission in July 2014 for two large detached dwellings on an existing residential plot in Harpenden. JB Planning Associates advised the Client on the redevelopment potential of the site, and was subsequently instructed to prepare a planning application.
JB Planning Associates identified and coordinated an expert team of consultants and worked closely with the project’s architect on preparing a scheme which gave careful consideration to neighbouring properties and mature, high quality trees within the site. Harpenden is surrounded by Green Belt, and opportunities to make full and efficient use of land in a way that complements the character of the area provides sustainable development.
